Delivery & Returns

The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address supplied by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation. Please note that your goods may be part-shipped.

 

Any items that are received damaged or unsuitable will be considered for replacement, part replacement or refund if reported to ‘Comet Sports Limited’ within 7 days of despatch. Items must be returned in the original packaging.

 

Comet Sports Limited will deliver goods within the UK and Europe.

 

Our delivery charges are based on the specific weight of an item upon which VAT is charged.

Title to any product ordered will pass to you once ‘Comet Sports Limited’ has received payment in full for that product.

 

Delivery will be undertaken by the Post Office (Royal Mail) and other courier services depending on the size of the order and the cost borne by you.

 

Orders within the UK will be delivered within 3-5 working days as standard.  

Express delivery options are available at check out.  Additional costs apply as stated at the time of purchase.

Place your order before 12pm Monday - Saturday and your order will be received the next working day.  If orders are received after 12pm Monday to Saturday or on Sunday, the goods will be dispatched the next working day.  Exceptions apply.  Email sales@cometsports.co.uk to confirm this option is available.

 

The Post Office (Royal Mail) will attempt delivery, after this, you as the customer are obliged to make arrangements with the Post Office (Royal Mail) to collect the goods from your local Post Office Collection depot.  If you fail to take delivery of the items and they are returned to us, we reserve the right to charge you for any additional delivery costs.

 

In the event of lost or non-delivered items we offer a full refund.   An item is considered to be “non-delivered” if it remains undelivered 15 working days or more from the date of despatch.  At this point a full refund will be arranged.

 

From time to time ‘Comet Sports Limited’ may engage a 3rd party to fulfil orders, a contract for the sale of these products will be made between the 3rd party supplier and yourself.

 

In the event that your item is not in stock, we will inform you of an estimated delivery date.  If in the unlikely event the item is no longer available, we will advise you of an alternative item.
